       This page will provide a brief overview of our School History, Mission and Vision toward education.

 
School History
 
          The school year 1974- 1975, marked the opening of Unson Barangay High School, headed by its first two teachers Mrs. Lorenzo and Ms. taiņo with thier 32 students. Several initiating activities had been done in order to carry on the education goals and meet the requirements. Monthly meeting had been held by parents with the officers of Sangguniang Nayon in order to meet or solve current problems.
         Through the cooperation and support of the parents, all students were given seats and bookshelves which were brought from the proceed of canteen.
         Unson Barangay High School was located With Unson Elementary School. The principal, Mrs. Garcia automatically became the principal of Unson Barangay High School. From that time, whoever the principal of Unson Elementary School must be the principal of Unson Barangay High School.
         AS the population of the students grew, Unson Barangay High School decided to seperate from Unson Elementary School. Thus, by year 1989, the independence of the school was granted and was soon be "Unson National High School". The school is located at the back of Unson Elementary School (UES).
         It has four (4) buildings, fourteen (14) classrooms, a science laboratory, canteen, H.E, Library and the Administratin Office of the principal.
         In 1994, Mrs. Evangeline P. Gonzaga was the principal of Unson Barangay High School which had only 6 teachers and 270 students.
      And at the present, Mr. Arturo J. Perez is the principal of Unson National High School which has only twenty (20) teachers and 878 students.

Mission

         Provide quality education which will lay down the foundation of life long service for the common good.

Vision

         Help the Filipino child discover hid potential in a child centered and value-driven teaching learning environment.
